Accepting your Order
The completion of the agreement between you and Zoe Bosco will be finalised when we email you to confirm your purchase has been received by us, or when we commence providing you the services under the service booking.
We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, if the services are unavailable or otherwise decided by us within these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms
You may pay for your order with a credit or debit card that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. If the card issuer refuses payment to us, we are not liable for any delays or non-delivery of your order. Your order will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
Security Policy
We accept online payments such as credit card or debit cards through Stripe. The providers we use include: Stripe, Squarespace, Drip, Acuity & Typeform throughout your journey. These platforms have their own SSL certificates and encryption protection.
Shipping & Delivery
All digital products, online courses or guides will be sent to you via email within 24hrs of your order being completed with full payment. Other services and in-person or live delivery of ceremonies will be confirmed within 24 hours. These services will be held via Zoom, unless otherwise stated. A personal Zoom link will be emailed to you with confirmation and 24hrs prior to the ceremony commencing.
Copies of Change Your Life will be dispatched to you via a third party, with whom the purchase was made directly. (Eg: Booktopia) Zoe Bosco is not liable for any copy of your book not reaching you, and any issues must be taken up with the distributor directly.
Risk
Once we send you an email or dispatch your product order, the liability and risk of loss and damage of or due to Zoe Bosco products are passed onto you. If you receive a damaged product in your order please let us know via email connect@zoebosco.com.
Refund Policy & Guarantees
We are passionate about providing the most divine, premium products for our community that honour the flow of nature. Due to the nature of the services we supply, we cannot provide a refund for change of mind.
If you do have any questions or feedback on Zoe Bosco products or services please contact our team within 7 days, connect@zoebosco.com so we can collaborate with you to create a mutually beneficial outcome.
We take our obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do our best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, our liability is strictly limited to the below:
Providing the services again; or
If we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, we will pay the cost of having the relevant service supplied to you again

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
If either of us have any concerns arising out of these terms, your use of our Website or our provision of products or services, we agree that we shall communicate with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution and resolve any dispute by negotiation and discussion.
We ask that you please email our team connect@zoebosco.com with your concerns as soon as possible and within 7 days of the issue occurring.
If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an independent accredited New South Wales, Australia based mediator, seeking online dispute resolution or mediation by telephone.
The mediator is to be appointed by agreement between us or, failing agreement within 21 days of the negotiation period ending, the person initiating the dispute will seek the appointment of a dispute resolution professional by the President of the Law Society of New South Wales, Australia or similar neutral authority. We agree to share all the costs of mediation equally between us.]
We agree that neither of us will commence legal action until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.
Everyone involved in the dispute agrees that they will not publicly or privately disparage any other party or anyone associated with them, and will act in good faith to refrain from any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to interfere with any other party’s business or personal interests.
This agreement is subject to the governing law of New South Wales, Australia. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of New South Wales, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
